Will there be any negative impact due to this water tank?

In my north face house, the under ground water tank is in north side. (Direct to main door) It is OK?
if your are talking about Sump. it should be in north-east area for any direction facing house.

there is no parikaram in vastu n one more thing water tank should come only @ south west corner not the south east.
